Proof of your rejection letter
Visa application denied (No Visa No Pay):
You must submit proof of rejection of your visa to study in Australia by the Department of Home Affairs (DHA).
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your visa denial notice. Include:
Your reservation number and Y Suites location (A'Beckett, Gibbons, Regent, or Moore) and
Proof of your DHA denial letter
