My overall experience at Scape has been a really positive, especially when it comes to the staff. All front desk staff (especially Javier) have been super helpful and attentive. Cleaning staff are also very sweet. The location is great, close to everything you could need as a student and the amenities were also met all my needs. There are also many events hosted here, which is nice if you don’t know anyone yet! The only downside of living at scape is the residents. If you were looking to stay here, I would highly recommend staying with someone you already know, or staying on your own.

Scape staff are super helpful, especially Javier. Whenever I need something, they’re always there. The cleaning staff are super friendly too. The only issue I have to be honest are the residents who lack respect for the property and the staff.

Regarding the excellent customer service and hospitality experience, I would highly recommend Scape Merivale to future students. You value students' happiness and well-being at Scape Merviale, and you are highly respected managers by all residents. Thank you Minjoo and Suhas, nice to meet you at Scape. I haven't seen you at Merivale for a while and really miss you! Thank you for looking after the accommodation in 2024.
