Had the best experience living in north apartments but not just because they are new. It was more that the Management and the team such as Cameron and Danielle made sure that every issue was resolved with so much love. They were all very professional, non - judgemental and supportive to deal with. Highly recommend staying here as it’s a home away from home ?. My gratitude to the team ! Regards Jan

Highly recommended!! With amazing services and a clean place, this choice is a no brainer. I found very respectful people throughout my semester. The only thing is the rent is pretty high to me but nonetheless, it is a gorgeous place to reside in esp if you're a newcomer.

Am a student of La Trobe and the campus accommodation is really nice. North and South Apartments are quite modern and really nice. The lounge has massage chair and the kitchen is really great.

Great place! I live in a studio, but I suggest you take a shared apartment if you are the type of person who likes to socialise from time to time but is introverted as well. As the others mentioned, the fire alarms are really sensitive. Fire alarms getting triggered for cooking is very common. I wish they cleaned the vent in the kitchen every month like they clean the rest of the apartment.

New facilities and fast internet provided. However, if you want to move here I suggest choosing a studio room (private and beautiful room). The fire alarm here is sensitive and happens often (midnight) just because someone decided it a good time to smoke or cook that triggered the alarm and force everyone in the building to evacuate.
