Thankyou for this opportunity to review Realm Caulfield Nth. It ticked all the boxes, as it is located close to my Church, it has a heated pool and it is very dog friendly. Even though l had a 6 mth lease, and returned to the country for business in my role a project manager, more often than expected, l was able to appraise my experience at Realm. It had: *a secure new studio apartment (E509) with magnificant views of Melb and everything at my fingertips e.g. including wifi and TV-in ammenities area-washing machine, dryer in apartment *professional and friendly staff. Those staff members with whom l had most dealings were Eugenie, Thomas, Daryl Scott and Eden Welcoming, efficient, good humoured, professional staff led a great team. (I was not as familiar with other staff members). *The concierge attendance makes a 'build to rent' such as this complex so welcoming and 'unique' *Meeting residents who also owned dogs, at the huge dog run, was most welcoming! I loved it! ? *This dog run was clean and met all my dogs needs and my own needs for exercise e.g. ball throwing. * Free socialising evenings -on a different theme -were also arranged by staff and were wonderful ways to get to know some other residents, whom l will miss. * I would like to add that the Wed "coffee and chats" were welcome but maybe forming a 'residents group', could be helpful or a feedback box? *Regular appraisal during a residents stay and not only at the end of lease, could be helpful. *When l moved into my apartment on 15th Jan, it was a maze. l had friends to help me move, but it was not easy to know where we were going in the carpark and up and down several lifts. When l moved out, my removalists, took furniture, straight down the lift from the 5th floor to the ground. I reserved a carpark on Caulfield Boulevard for their truck. It worked a treat and l was relieved. Thankyou! Barbara

Realm Caulfied is the best apartment! Their staff is incredibly friendly, and the girl with a warm, wheat-toned complexion, Zhuolin, left a lasting impression on every resident with her energy. She’s the kindest and most beautiful girl I’ve ever met! Every week, the apartment hosts a BBQ party, and Zhuolin personally grills for the residents (her barbecue is always perfectly done—never burnt and never bitter). Her enthusiastic dedication definitely deserves a promotion and a raise! Or maybe they should bump up her BBQ event budget, because consistently using mixed meat sausages instead of a proper tomahawk steak just isn’t a good idea… However, rent at Realm is very expensive, so I hope it will come down in the future.

The best part about living at realm is the excellent customer service team they have. Always friendly and attentive. Thomas was fantastic with us. He was engaging, understanding and very helpful. Realms facilities are nice, the communal kitchen and games room we used a few times to host parties with friends. The gym is well equipped with lots of machines and free weights. They encourage pets and have a huge dog run so there's lots of cute fluffy neighbours ? It's very convenient being right next to Coles and the Caulfield train station.

Realm is a wonderful place to stay. The apartments are quite new and well maintained. It’s very conveniently located, with a variety of dining options, a pharmacy, a GP and Coles downstairs. It’s a short walk away from the Caulfield train station enabling an easy commute to the city. It has excellent facilities, from meeting rooms, to a pool, gym, sauna and even a pet run. The management team regularly hosts events which helps to bring the residents together and give it a community feel. Nick and his Team are very efficient and always try to make your stay more comfortable.
