The manager in charge D2 was incredibly helpful with my accommodation request and went above and beyond to assist me. As an international student, I’ve really enjoyed my stay at D2 Student Living. It’s a great environment that’s well-facilitated for students, offering both comfort and convenience. The location is ideal, just a short walk to RMIT University City Campus and the University of Melbourne, which made commuting super easy. One of my favorite things is the little noodle café right next door, perfect for a quick, tasty meal. Plus, the City Baths gym and pool are just a 5-minute walk away, which makes staying active really convenient. When I need a break or some fresh air, I love heading to Carlton Gardens, also just 5 minutes away, for a walk or jog. Overall, D2 has been a great place to live while studying in Melbourne,safe, central, and student-friendly.

My first time staying here was in 2021 before going back home for data collection. The place and people have always been nice, so I decided to come back to stay here in my final semester, to write up my thesis, it requires immense attention, thus I need some place I know that it's nice. Student Living D2 is located next to the Rmit University which is actually a great opportunity for people studying there. They have Tram stops and Melbourne central is 10 mins walk from the Apartment. I have chosen to stay there because the view from my balcony is amazing and in the morning the sun lights up the whole apartment. They also offered everything in the rent (Water, gas and Internet) which is very beneficial if it is your first time moving in Melbourne. They have residential life events which give you the opportunity to go out to visit something new and to make new friends. They also have a dedicated and very supportive Team. Raj the Property Manager there is very friendly and accommodating he goes the extra miles to help and facilitate your stay at Unilodge. Binh the Customer service is also Amazing he make sure that maintenance issues are fixed in a timeframe. I will highly recommend student living D2 as you will surely enjoy your stay there !

Moved in 6 month ago and I had a mattress with clapped out springs. Then I complained through the Console Tenant app, took them exactly 5 working days to get a new mattress for me. Great service thus far. The units are not that big, just looks big on their website.
