First of all, I'd like to say thank you for this whole year 2020 as an exchange student from RMIT Vietnam (A tough year actually which I have to stay in my room due to quarantine): + About the destination, UniLodge on Raleigh turns out to be my favorite place which I prefer a quiet place (for me prefer living personal) and security (cause you will need a key to access the building or car park). Around the building, there is a 7Eleven, Subway, and Vietnamese food just across the St Kilda. Thus, you can take 10min walking to the Alfred Hospital and 20 min to walk to the Prahran Market area (there are also supermarkets such as Coles, Woolworths). Thus, a tram station near our building where you can take about 35min to Mel Central. Especially, u can get to both Albert Park and Kilda beach easily. +About the building and room: the first time get here is quite annoyed about the "alarm fire" which can easily activate when s.o cooking, but thanks to it I know some people from other rooms :)) The washing machine is for everyone, however, as my room does not include the balcony, after $4 washing clothes, I have to take another $3 to dry machine (coins). There will be a cleaning guy for the building floor each week. Most of the furniture in my room still works well when I get there, from the air conditioner to the kitchen. There was one time having an issue with the gas for long period but the UniLodge has solved it already. The only thing I find a bit disadvantage was the Wi-Fi limitation: with only 200GB for each month and I have to buy more GB. Luckily, during the Covid-19 quarantine, they have allowed giving an UNLIMITED internet supply, which is good news when they listen to other people. Overall, thanks a lot, the only thing I think UniLodge can do more is to create some social activity in order to connect people in the building (of course not this year :)) ).

Nice place with great accessibility and great staff. However the furnitures are a bit old but overall it was a great experience.

Oh, thought its only long term accommodation. Has beautiful view from balcony. I enjoyed it so much. But sometimes the vending machine is broken and will take all of your money away. And the sliding door to the rubbish place is too fast to close. I had to run so the door won't close. The room is smaller than it looks on internet, and when i checked on the blueprint, mine is the smallest and I have to pay the same price as the others lol.

It's a nice place for me as I only need to walk less than 7 minutes to my study location. Moreover, it's only 350 meters to the tram lines to the city and to St.Kilda beach. In the studio, we have tv, air conditioner, fridge and a microwave. I am a new international student and I think I am so lucky to have this place as my long term accommodation

Generally, room is clean and has no wired smelling, also quiet in night. But some furniture is a bit old, toilet in studio is a bit small and the air conditioner has some noise when in summer cause you have to use it or it will be too hot inside the room. Don't think highly on laundry, a place used by lots of students without maintaining wont be clean. I suggest only use it when washing outer clothes. Coles and Woolworth are about 1.5km away from here, about 15min walk, not too far but not good for walkers in summer daytime(too hot). Albert Park is very near so it is a good place to do some exercise. I am not a person who like socialize very much so I just give a objective comment on private spaces and environment.
