One of the view accoms that allows flexi stay, was grateful that the staff replied very fast, very kind and helpful in explaining everything and answering my inquiries regarding to the rooms. There's kitchen, gym, laundry room, and other facilities available (on website). Really sorry but taking one star off because I have been reporting about the wifi issues for 5 months now (since September), they said they're going to repair it to improve the speed but still no improvement as off January, the speed goes down to 1.5mbps every time, not very friendly for a student.. They suggested me to go to the student hub at the lobby for faster wifi but its almost the same, and also not all people want to do their assignment there, some prefer to do it inside their room where its quieter and more private.

I would give it a 4.5 stars. It's a nice, clean and modern accommodations. The rooms are as the photos have been shared. I have been staying here for nearly 10 months now. The location near the Uni Melbourne and RMIT campus as well as the tramline is a big plus. The 24hr staffed service gives security. The kitchen and laundry are modern and not as busy as other larger shared student accommodations. All the rooms are ensuite and provide privacy. The only small down side is the standard rooms can be a bit small for some people who require more storage space. But it has not been a big issue for me so far as mainly focusing on the study and campus life.

UniLodge Carlton is the first place that I had a chance to stay when I arrived at Melbourne. The location and room is private and quiet. This place is really convenient to travel because it is close to CBD and my university, RMIT University. It is also close to the tram station that comes every 1-3 minutes. I love this place.

One of the few student apartments that offer flexible lease terms, perfect location close to Unimelb, RMIT, and QVM etc. The room is pretty comfy & clean, and there are complete communal facilities including gym, laundry, kitchen and studying space. Besides, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed living here, definitely recommend to students who are coming to Melbourne for the first time.

The location is great not too far from CBD in walking distance or just 200m approximately away from tram stop (Queensberry stop). The room is convenience and functional. Though internet wifi in my room is a bit poor all staffs here are always friendly and helpful. So I still enjoy staying here.
