First let me tell you all how I love this Unilodge!! Not only the staff are welcoming and very organised, but also the building itself is very modern and new. I have lived here for 2 years now and I would confidently say that this is one of the best student accommodations in the city both in terms of the cost of living and the location. The staff will try their best to satisfy the residents at all times and the maintenance team fixes any issues as soon as possible and in no time, which is amazing! The reception is very well organised and they would take care of any issue or request with patience and empathically. I love how they’ve allocated significant amounts of study rooms in the building and how well they’ve placed every common area in its right place. I have lived in 2 different student accommodations up until now so I may not be as much of an expert but I have inspected many many studios and I can reassure you of how clean and organised this building is. They are very sensitive on smoking which is an important aspect in terms of making the hallways smelling good and preventing a fire to start. They also inspect each room every six months which also shows how sensitive they are on the maintenance of the building. The location of the building is also very nice and close to both public transport and multiple grocery stores.

Great student accommodation, location is great in the CBD, great facilities (gym, common area, study room, music room and movie room) and staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here for a year and really happy with it. ☺️??

I had a wonderful experience living at UniLodge Melbourne Central. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the city with easy access to public transport, shops, and universities. The staff are always friendly, professional, and very helpful — they made me feel safe and supported throughout my stay. The facilities are well-maintained and the common areas are clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the sense of community here. Highly recommended for any student looking for a great place to live in Melbourne!

Really had a memorable and enjoyable time here. It was a cold winter when I first came to Melbourne, I don’t know anyone and I don’t know this place, all I know is I rented a unit in unilodge. I started my life here with a suitcase and left with many moving boxes. This may not be the biggest unit in size, but all the help from the reception, stable water and electricity supply, fast internet connection definitely made my day feels supported and to anyone who is gonna stay here, I strongly recommend you to come here. I’m writing this not only because of the review but also part of my life:)
