**Upon booking, a holding deposit of one week’s rent is needed to confirm the booking. Upon check-in, a refundable bond deposit of four week’s rent amount will be needed to be paid. Damages in the room will be deducted from the bond deposit after vacating the property.

Wonderful place to live. Everything is clean and new. Saw cleaners cleaned the public area twice a day. The management team is also helpful. Great location. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to live near USYD

Individuals at scape like Kylie and Jacob are the most amiable individuals I have met. The room is overall quite comfortable however a little costly and various occasions for a wide range of individuals.
