My situation is unique. I was moved here from Scape Mountain for no additional charge or change in rent. The upgrade is worth it, and luckily I'm in a room where cleanliness is maintained. Air conditioning works as advertised and the room was provided clean when I moved in Satisfied with the common facilities downstairs, a total upgrade over Mountain. Deserves more stars only if the rent was consistent with the facilities provided. For my current rate it's absolutely worth it!
