Great location for students, close to downtown and the St. Catherine's bus terminal. It has a gym and lounge in house and the apartments are just right with everything that's needed. ?

Nice layout for student housing, the building seems clean and in good repair. Units are laid out well and decorative renovations seem recent though materials used / appliances provided are very basic.

Was fortunate enough to stumble on this amazing student living which feels more of a home than anywhere else. The staff, the facilities, the architecture, the environment and the community - everything is absolutely stellar. The best part about living at Regent is how they are constantly implementing feedback and are being innovative. The location of the building makes it all the better cause everything is nearby and super accessible. I know speak a lot of people when I say that Regent makes me want to remain a university student forever!

I have been living At regent for about a year and a half and its a decent residence. I agree with a lot of the other reviews that say staff and general management could do better but all in all they are nice people and helpful when they are around. decent price for all the utilities and affordances like the free access gym!

Nice place. Approachable and prompt admins in Aimee and Alexandra. They have a mid size gym, study area and snack vending machine. Neat living units and common areas. Two lifts and small things that make this place cozy. I live in a 5 room apartment here and it really is convenient because the fellow tenants are understanding and like most adults they help in cleaning, sharing etc. They also have mail boxes for each apartments where you can get your important documents safely mailed. Huge plus is location, 5-10 min walk to the main bus terminal in st catherines and downtown. Safe area, even if you are walking back late in the night. Writing this after living for 3 weeks and so far so good. I pay 705 a month and it it feels worth because I know guys who are living here for more than an year, which means they all like it too!
