My son resided at the Regent Student Living apartment and from the first day to the last day three years later he had a fantastic experience. They consistently communicated updates, and had student events and activities every month that he could attend if he wished. I also felt he was always safe and was able to park in the underground parking garage for an additional fee. I would highly recommend this place.

From my time here at Regent so far, I would say it is a good place to live in. Rent is fairly cheap, and everything (e.g., rooms, living rooms, bathrooms) is spacious and pretty well-designed. Now, I say pretty well-designed because I, personally, am not a fan of the visible pipelines running through the upper walls and ceilings. But that's just me. Otherwise, the place is very good value for its money.

Living here for the past 3 years, I am very satisfied with everything. I love the neighbourhood, it's just 5 minutes walking to the park and you can meet amazing and friendly people. In addition, this is a nice place for students which includes everything in the rent. Located in downtown, this place is very comfortable and affordable. The manager team was so great, especially Aimee and Hailey. Plus, the team also responded to the maintainence requests really fast, and Wayne is a wonderful staff member. He has helped me a lot with those requests. The team sometimes holds many interesting activities, such as movie night or St. Patrick's Day... Regent is a good place to live.

I lived at regent for 2 years while attending university and can honestly say it was the best 2 years of my undergraduate experience! The staff was so friendly and welcoming (Hailey, the manager, was there to support me during a lot of personal issues I was dealing with..shes the BEST), the living accommodations were beautiful, the study rooms were sooo nice when I needed a getaway from studying in my apartment, the gym was SUCH a plus and my roommates became lifelong friends of mine. I genuinely have nothing bad to say at all. Miss you regent!!
