Please notice that the deposit is equivalent to two months for stays more than 6 months and that the service payments, documentation, tenancy contract signed by the owner and finally the guarantor must be required as well as the rent to be paid on schedule along with a loss deposit (which will be repaid after the stay minus damages/cleaning and expenses consumption).
