The apartment is located right next to the "Wallanlagen" park in the middle of town. There are nice ways to jog by the sea. The middle of town, the central train station, the cinema and the schlachte are only minutes walking distance apart. There are many options for public transit within 1-2 minutes walking distance from the building. The university is around 15 minutes away by tram and the university is about 5 minutes away by road. Within 5-10 minutes, supermarkets like edeka, cap, aldi and alnatura (organic foods) are all in. There's a farmer's market on the monday-saturday marktplatz.
