Each room will be furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, desk and chair, bedside table.

The bills amount to âĤ¬60/month for water, gas, electricity, telephone, heating and one hour and a half of general areas cleaning.

Extras: Registration of the rental contract: it is a fee for registering the rental contract and making it legal in Italy so you are completely covered for any reason whatsoever.

That cost is split between us and the tenant. Approximately €65.50 each for stays up to six months.

Apartment washing: a cleaning lady arrives to sweep all open areas once a week (kitchen, toilets, hallway, deck, if there is one). The cost of splitting between each apartment tenant is €10/hour if it takes more than an hour and a half because of damages or because the apartment is really dirty.
