---BOOKING CONDITIONS-- Minimum stay is 1 month, average stay is 12 months annual, 1 month refund for stays of 1 to 3 months, 2 regular stay fees of more than 1 year. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking, otherwise the property will again be available to other customers The rent can be paid on a monthly basis for long stays. The rent and deposit for the first month must be paid in full before the lease commences. The tenant must sign the lease before proceeding with the lease, and accept the terms and conditions of the service. In order to proceed with the rent of this apartment, a document is required stating the reasons for the stay in Italy The apartment is available for both private and corporate rentals, a surcharge of 30 is required for rentals made out to companies. ---THE PRICE INCLUDES--VAT, check-in and check-out during office hours on working days from Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Assistance, also in English, Expenditure on the registration of the first contract in case of renewal, costs shall be charged to the client. ---THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDES-- Utilities and water, fixed monthly price with balance at the end of the stay, payable with monthly payment starting from the second month. Studio 50 euros, 2 or 1 bedroom apartments 75 euros, 3 or 2 bedroom apartments 100 euros, 4 or 3 bedroom apartments up to 150 euros. ---check-in/check-out--- apartment check-in and check-out after hours and office days is subject to an extra fee of 30 euros from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. only after advance approval and acknowledgement by the system. Check-in/out on sundays and holidays is not allowed. ---TO KNOW-- In case of contract renewal registration fees of 50 euros not included Required initial and final cleaning service payable at check-in, 100 euros for studios, 150 euros for two-room apartments, 200 euros for three-room apartments or more. This is important to be in control of the Tax Code for stays of one month or more, for details ask our dedicated assistance program from our employees. ---cancellation and termination procedure-- in case of cancelation of the reservation with a notice of 90 days with respect to the date of arrival, 25 percent of the amount will be kept, between 89 and 30 days the 50 percent will be retained, with a warning of less than 30 days 100 percent. After the leasing term has ended, the lease will be canceled with a warning of 90 days without incurring fines, or any or half of the deposit will be withheld. When no harm to the apartment is noticed at check-out and all charges owed are charged, the deposit will be returned within 14 days.
