Please notice that the check-in/out hours are from 9 to 20 monday through friday. If you wish to check-in/out after working hours or over the evenings, an additional fee of 50 euros would apply. Additional costs to be charged: eur 60 for bills per person per month, eur 10 percent of the booking value to be billed immediately upon arrival (being the booking value the amount of the monthly rentals without bills) and eur 90 for the final cleaning price. The proprietor only allows tenants under the age of 32.
