Plese remember that the check-in and check-out hours are from 9 to 20 monday through friday. If you want to check-in/out during the working hour or over the holidays, an extra fee of 50 euros would apply. There are the following extra costs: 60 euros for expenses to be charged on a regular basis per person and 10 percent of the booking value to be billed only upon arrival (the booking value is the amount of the monthly rentals without counting the bills).
