Plese remember that the check-in and check-out hours are from 9 to 20 monday through friday. If you want to check-in/out outside the working hour or during the weekends, an extra cost of 50 euros will apply. There are the following additional costs: 60 euros for bills to be paid on a monthly basis per person and 10 percent of the booking value to be paid once upon arrival (the booking value is the sum of the monthly rents without including the bills).
