The apartment is only for non-smokers and is filled with WiFi, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, air conditioning, lift, iron and ironing board, and toiletries. The house is totally at your disposal and we have taken care in every detail to welcome you in a clean and comfortable room, whether you're staying for business or just walking by to visit the area. Rent covers the services based on regular use; the costs will be removed from the refund if you surpass the gas and energy consumption. The leasing arrangement sets out details;

If you want to leave the flat early, you clearly need to tell us by having at least 21 days notice period;

Check-in time: from 3pm till 9pm per day;
