According to Italian law, to register the rental agreement it is compulsory to apply for a legitimate Italian Tax Code. You may apply for one by calling the nearest Consulate or by visiting the Entry Agency at least one week before check-in. When you can't get one a penalty is levied on time;

You must sign the rental agreement before check-in. Failure to do so will render the apartment impossible to enter;

Rent covers all services based on regular use; the costs will be removed from the refund if you surpass the gas and power use. The leasing arrangement sets out details;

The leasing price covers broadband wi-fi, heating, building expenses and lease processing costs;

When you want to leave the flat early, you clearly need to tell us by having at least 21 days notice period;

Check-in time: from 3pm to 9pm Every day;

Check-out time: through 11am.

Extra country:

If your reservation has been registered, we will be in touch with you directly to ask you to pay: the security deposit, equivalent to a month's rent and the cleaning fee (cost starting at 175 euros).
