Security deposit and admin charge must be paid to the landlord for original and final cleaning no less than two weeks before the date of departure.

CONDITION DE RENTAL:

According to italian law, to register the rental agreement it is compulsory to apply for a legitimate italian tax code. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate or by visiting the Entry Agency at least one week before check-in. If you can't get one a penalty is levied on time;

You will sign the rental agreement before check-in. Failure to do so would make the apartment difficult to enter;

Rent covers all services based on regular use; the costs will be removed from the refund if you surpass the gas and power consumption. The leasing agreement sets out details;

The leasing price covers broadband wi-fi, heating, building expenses and lease processing costs;

If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you simply need to inform us by providing at least 21 days notice period;

Check-in time: from 3pm till 9pm per day;
