Plese remember that the check-in and check-out hours are from 9 to 20 monday through friday. If you want to check-in/out during the working hour or over the holidays, an extra fee of 50 euros would apply. There are the following additional costs: 60 euros for bills to be paid on a monthly basis per person and 10 percent of the booking value to be paid once upon arrival (the booking value is the sum of the monthly rents without including the bills).
