Please remember that the check-in and check-out hours are from 9 to 20 monday through friday. If you want to check-in/out outside the working hour or during the weekends, an extra cost of 50 euros will apply. The following additional costs are 60 euros for bills to be paid monthly per person and 10 per cent of the booking value to be paid once upon arrival the booking value is the sum of the monthly rents without including the bills.
