We engaged in a complete refurbishment and restyling of the house. There are five private rooms: four, one double, two baths, a kitchen, a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher. They had shared kitchen appliances. The building is open all day with an elevator and concierge. Monthly fees due in respect of electricity are rent plus eur 80. A one-shot admin fee equivalent to 1 month's rent plus vat is due to block the room. Upon check-in, a refundable security deposit of 3 months is required to cover losses to the property
