When you want to check-in/out during the operating hour or over the holidays, an extra fee of 50 euros would apply. The above extra charges are 60 euros for bills to be charged annually per person and 10 per cent of the booking value to be paid immediately upon arrival the booking value is the amount of the monthly rentals without counting the bills.
