Security deposit and admin fee must be transferred to the landlord for initial and final cleaning no later than two weeks before the date of movement.

CONDITION DE RENTAL:

According to Italian law, to register the rental agreement it is compulsory to apply for a legitimate Italian Tax Code. You may apply for one by calling the nearest Consulate or by visiting the Entry Agency at least one week before check-in. When you can't find one a penalty is levied on time;

Until check-in the rental agreement needs to be sealed. Failure to do so would make the apartment difficult to enter;

Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; the extras will be deducted from your deposit if you exceed the gas and electricity usage. The rental agreement sets out details;

The rental price includes broadband wi-fi, electricity, building expenses and lease processing costs;

When you want to leave the flat early, you clearly need to tell us by having at least 21 days notice period;

Check-in time: from 3pm till 9pm per day;

Time to check-out: by 11am.

PAYMENTE EXTRA:

When your reservation has been registered, we will be in touch with you directly to ask you to pay: the security deposit, equivalent to a month's rent and the cleaning fee (cost starting at 175 euros).
