Before check-in the rental agreement has to be signed. Failure to do so will render the apartment impossible to enter;

Rent covers the services based on regular use; the costs will be removed from the refund if you surpass the gas and energy consumption. The leasing agreement sets out details;

The rental price covers broadband wi-fi, electricity, building expenses and lease maintenance costs;

When you want to leave the flat early, you clearly need to tell us by having at least 21 days notice period;

Check-in time: from 3pm to 9pm Every day;
