WHAT IMPORTANT:

Safety deposit and admin charge must be paid to the landlord for original and final cleaning no less than two weeks before the date of departure.

CONDITION DE RENTAL:

According to italian law, to register the rental agreement it is mandatory to apply for a legitimate italian tax code. You may apply for one by contacting your nearest consulate or by visiting the entry agency at least one week before check-in. If you can't get one a fee is levied on time;

You must sign the rental agreement before check-in. Failure to do so will render the apartment impossible to enter;

Rent covers the services based on regular use; the costs will be removed from the refund if you surpass the gas and power use. The leasing arrangement sets out details;

The rental price includes internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs;

If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you simply need to inform us by providing at least 21 days notice period;

Check-in time: from 3pm till 9pm per day;

Check-out time: at 11am.

Extra country:

If your reservation has been registered, we will be in contact with you directly to ask you to pay: the security deposit, equivalent to a month's rent and the cleaning fee (cost starting at 175 euros).
