If you want to check-in/out outside the working hour or during the weekends, an extra cost of 50 euros will apply. The above extra charges are 60 euros for bills to be charged annually per person and 10 per cent of the booking value to be paid until upon arrival the booking value is the amount of the annual rentals without counting the bills.
