Plese remember that the check-in and check-out hours are from 9 to 20 monday through friday. If you want to check-in/out during the working hour or over the holidays, an extra fee of 50 euros would apply. Additional expenses are as follows: 100 euros for bills to be paid per person on a monthly basis and 10 percent of the booking value to be paid immediately upon arrival (the booking value is the amount of the monthly rentals, including bills).
