Amazing Beach Villa w/ Coworking + Music Studio is located in the great little surf village of Ferrel. 

Our space has some amazing features like a great pool area and sofas to relax on after a long day in the ocean. It also has a beautiful music studio with recording equipment, including electric drums and lots of other equipment. 

The house itself is the best option for comfort as it offers a large shared kitchen and dining with fridges, ovens, and microwaves. You could also enjoy the outside area, which includes a lounge with a big-screen TV to watch movies, sports, and gaming. And in case you want to get your work done, we also offer 2 large co-working areas, and one of them is overlooking the pool for assuring the best view.
