Excellent place, with modern and completely new facilities, 24 hour security service, perfect air conditioning and heating, smart tv, and so much more than what you need as a student, they also have a whole personal who takes care of the room cleaning once per week and the room facilities in case they get damage within 24 hours. It also has common areas such as gym, sauna, library, swimming pool all in perfect conditions. Not to mention that the place is just above a shopping center with all the stores you need, ATM, coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, Zara, Mango, electronic store... I lived for a whole year in there while I was doing my first year of masters, and met many people from different places, I had an amazing time, the staff was always efficient and kind to me, ready to help me every time I had any doubt or needed to sort something out. I really searched a lot before coming to barcelona, but there is no place like livensa. It definitely worth the money. Thank you for everything!!!

Livensa was my first place to live in when I moved to Barcelona for my studies. I lived there for approximately 8 months and the overall experience I had was simply beautiful. Ofc there have been ups and downs as I was one of the first residents in the building but the people I got to know at Livensa have become like family to me and the residence have given me some of my most precious memories that I will always look back to with joy. The residence staff tries their best to organize nice events, parties, seminars, fitness classes and much more, which is a brilliant way to get the students or any resident to interact. Overall, if you are looking for a great introduction and experience to Barcelona and want to meet people that might be with you for a long long time after then I would most definitely suggest Livensa Living!
