The apartment has 11 rooms, each with its own four bathrooms key and TV, completely furnished kitchen, laundry room, general lounge area, balcony. We are calling for two months of detention. Including fibre internet and 2 hours of weekly cleaning in general areas during holiday period according to university calendar Thanksgiving, Easter and Summer does not provide heating, power or coal. These expenses go separately and are shared out among all tenants. This does not include bed sheets, towels or cooking menu. The cleaning of the room and the maintenance of the cleaning of common areas and garbage withdrawal are the responsibility of the tenants. It is not permitted to smoke, consume drugs or alcohol, or celebrations or noisy music. No mascots are admitted. We offer preference for this order -Boys -Spanish -International, ideally European. - Academic duration - All rooms are currently rented until June.
