After class, I returned to the dormitory and found that I had lost my key. I was very panicked and worried that it would affect my weekend life. But the front desk was very enthusiastic and proactive and helped me solve the problem quickly. The speed and quality level here are worthy of people's trust and choice.

I highly recommend Avon Studios for students or professionals looking for accommodation in Bath. The rent is affordable, and the management, led by the incredibly helpful Tim, ensures a smooth and pleasant living experience. Tim goes above and beyond to meet the needs of residents, making Avon Studios not just a place to stay, but a welcoming community. I had the pleasure of living at AVON Studios for over a year, and it was a truly delightful experience.

I have stayed at Avon Studios for around 2 years now and it has been a fantastic place to stay for students. It is a little expensive, but that is the price to pay for a riverside studio in the centre of Bath. Anything you might need are all within walking distance - shops, supermarket, buses to the university, etc. The staff are very friendly and are happy to collect deliveries and set up social events. So, if you are an undergraduate who wants a private, high-quality studio apartment, Avon Studios is ideal. I had some issues during my first year here with a variety of frustrating admin issues which lead to me previously giving a 3-star review. To not entirely dismiss the previous review, I will summarise it as a painful rebooking process with a dysfunctional website along with the complication of trying to change the payment plan to fit my PhD stipend payments. The previous reception staff were absent during the summer months, so it was impossible to reach anybody for help. This resulted in me wasting a lot of time and financial stress. Alongside this, my key was also repeatedly deactivated despite rent payments being on time which was very frustrating during out of hours. At the time, they didn't acknowledge, offer any apology, or provide compensation for the circumstances that they caused. Now I am pleased to update my review as these problems have not reoccurred during my second year. The new reception staff have been amazing and didn’t disappear this summer which makes admin for next year much easier. I’ve had zero issues this past year, so my review is updated to 5 stars.

I stayed here for the first year moving out and I cannot thank these people enough for making me feel so safe and at home and always accommodating my needs. The staff is extremely welcoming are always listening to suggestions and looking for ways to make each individual resident more comfortable ! Rooms are very spacious, price is reasonable considering what you’re getting, location is great, great social space. I absolutely loved my room and having my own kitchen and bathroom was a must for me ! Avon studios met all my standards and I would definitely go back and recommend to anybody :)

Enjoyed my stay at the Avon Studios in Bath very much. The management was super friendly and helpful at all times. If was nice to experience the pragmatic collaboration. Everything was always clean and they have an extensive recycle program. Perfect walking distance to downtown Bath. All the Best!
