We recently stayed at The Edge student accommodation in Belfast for three nights, and it was an excellent experience. The location couldn’t be better—it’s just a few steps away from Tesco, Greggs, and some of the most famous Irish pubs and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for both essentials and entertainment. The accommodation itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The rooms were well-maintained, and the common areas had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Whether you’re visiting Belfast for a short stay or an extended period, The Edge offers a fantastic combination of comfort, convenience, and value. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the Edge for a short stay of 2 months in 2024 and during this time the staff were kind, friendly, accommodating and very supportive. My time at the Edge coincided with a difficult period of my life so I was extremely grateful for the extra effort that Carol and Jazmeen showed me whilst I worked through my struggles. I would recommend the Edge to any student looking for an accommodation that delivers on quality, experience and superb customer service. Thank you team!

I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service provided by Jas, the receptionist at the prestige student living The edge in Belfast. From the very first day, her warmth and friendliness have truly stood out. Jas always greets everyone with a big smile, making the place feel so welcoming and homely. No matter how busy she is, she takes the time to listen and help with any questions or concerns. Her positive energy and kindness brighten everyone's day and make living here an absolute pleasure. Thank you, Jas, for going above and beyond to create such a wonderful environment!

What an amazing accommodation! The rooms are brand new and perfectly finished to the finest detail. Based in Belfast city center, this accommodation is only a short walk from city hall with easy access to shopping and restaurants near by. The staff are so attentive and friendly. In the nature of this being a new build, there were of course some minor maintenance issues upon arrival, which is to be expected. These were sorted out within 12 hours of reporting this! As someone who is spending their 3rd year in student accommodation, I am extremely impressed with the maintenance team and response turnover! Well done Prestige living!! So excited for the rest of my stay with you this year!

An extremely welcoming and comfortable accommodation with a great team behind it. Everyone is very friendly and especially quick to respond to any maintenance queries. Carol had made an Irish stew for all residents last week which made it feel just like home. There is also no shortage of activities and various opportunities to use the social spaces to meet fellow residents.
