Overall experience was great, staff were lovely and security very experienced, I couldn't give this location 5 stars however due to the amount of times the lifts would break, everything else was worth it. The staff would even organise meetings, events and parties for the tenants, creating a friendly atmosphere and at time we would even be given gifts. If the lift issues do get resolved I would strongly recommend this place.

This accommodation is amazing! Great design and location. But the best thing is the team they are like a family! Already ask how we are, what we are doing and if we need anything. Kimberley the manager is fun and makes you feel safe. Sue is always there if you need a chat and Rocky is so helpful and energetic. Even in Covid they help make everyday better. I love this accommodation and will book next year!
