Friendly staff, reasonably priced and great local amenities. Maintenance staff fix any issues promptly and the reception staff looked after me well. I would recommend IQ to any students looking for accommodation

I had a great experience staying at iQ Student Accommodation in Bradford. The facilities were always clean, modern, and well-maintained. What really made it special, though, was the atmosphere created by the amazing staff. Linh and Danny were especially helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. They were always approachable and went out of their way to make sure everyone felt at home. I’d highly recommend iQ Bradford to anyone looking for a safe, friendly, and comfortable place to live while studying.

Amazing Experience at iQ Arkwright House I lived at iQ Arkwright House for over 8 months, and I must say, the staff here are absolutely amazing. They're always friendly, helpful, and attentive. I’ve never experienced such warm and welcoming service anywhere else. The rooms are exceptional – modern, and incredibly comfortable. Every rooms are thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home. It’s more than just accommodation; I highly recommend iQ Arkwright House to any students looking for a perfect place to stay!

I lived in IQ more than a year. Its like a home for me. I met a different people from different backgrounds at a Lobby where we play billiards and table tennis beyond a Gym which is a part of accommodation.
