This is a favorable location for students seeking accommodation. It offers a wide range of student activities and provides attractive study areas and meeting spaces. However, the shared kitchen and bathroom facilities were not well-maintained, and the rental cost was quite high. It tends to be a rather solitary environment, making it an ideal choice for those who enjoy spending time alone.

I was living in the countryside view Pankhurst House ensuite room. I really enjoyed my experience. It is very quiet, i could concentrate on study and work, and facilities are modern and comfy. There is everything you need in the room: cooking area, fridge, stove, microwave, cupboard, wardrobe, desk, coffee table, chair. My love is from ceiling to floor window with the view on nature and wide wooden windowceile. In the hub you can use study areas, quiet area and meeting room and a gym, you can play pingpong and meet with friends over coffee, the area is taken care of, there are flowers everywhere and nice grass, BBQ tables and benches. The location is close to uni, you can walk 20 mins or go by bicycle. I used to go to the hill at Salary Brook nature reserve and watched sunsets, it's tranquilinng and the view is fantastically beautiful.

I recently left this place. My experience was good here. I highly recommend this place ? ? because it provides good amenities to the students ? and gives a good option to live here in different rooms like 2-5 bedrooms ??? with ensuite/without ensuite bathroom ? ?, studio??? apartments ?. Landscaping ? ? ? of this accommodation is beautiful. It looks like you are at the expensive resort. There is a ? night/day ? guard ?♂️ cat ?. There is a separate huge study ? ? room. They have resolved issues quickly in my flat as I complained about some problems. Overall, I love this place !!! It was a great one year experience, I miss this place.

One of the best accommodations I have lived for a long time so far. I bet you’ll enjoy your staying here. If you like to walk or run in the morning the Salary Brook trail is your place which is one minute walk from this accommodation. Tesco is 10~12 minutes walk, the university is 15~20 minutes walk. There is a bus stop just in front of the Hub. From my window, I could enjoy the view of the nature as well as birds who used to wake me up in the morning. The hospitality team is extremely helpful. I specially thank Chantelle for her supports and amazing instant responses.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time here!!! The admin team was so helpful and efficient! The rooms are a good size and there’s plenty of storage space. The common room has a movies, books and games as well as a pool table! two Some new buildings and rooms so have been added so it looks even better than before!
