I’ve had an amazing experience staying at Capitol Students. The Maltings, Colchester! The accommodation is well-maintained, with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, making the transition to student life much smoother. One of the highlights was attending an event today where we were treated to popcorn, breadsticks, chips, and cupcakes such a thoughtful touch that made the place feel even more like home! Events like these really bring people together and add to the overall experience. If you’re looking for comfortable, well-managed student accommodation in Colchester, I’d highly recommend The Maltings!

From start to finish, the entire experience has been fantastic, t hey went above and beyond to help me settle in and feel at home. Whether it was sorting out maintenance issues or providing advice on local amenities, they were always available and willing to help with a smile. The accommodation itself is top-notch—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The friendly, supportive staff really make a difference, and I’ve had an incredible time living here thanks to Matt and Faye's exceptional support. Highly recommend to any student looking for a great place to stay

Ive had nothing but great experiences here. The site itself is well-maintained, clean, and feels safe, which is so important. The facilities are excellent, and everything is kept in great condition. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always go above and beyond to assist with any queries or issues. Their professionalism and welcoming attitude really make living here feel like home. Thank you to The Maltings team for creating such a positive environment. Highly recommend!

I'm lucky that I selected this accomodation for my stay. This the cheapest student accommodation near the university with all the amenities. Gym, convenience store, pizza hut, theatre, study room, printer, communal dining area, play area and what not. They surprise us with various treats and involve us in events as well be it Diwali or Christmas or New Year. The security is very particular about the safety. Every week we have checkings to make sure we are keeping up with the health - hygiene and safety. The people at the reception are very cooperative and make sure that you're heard and problem is solved. I would definitely recommend this student accommodation and will rate it with 5 or more stars. Thank you The Maltings for the wonderful service, keep it up.
