Coventry city centre location for Coventry and Warwick University students. 2 minutes walk from bus stops for Warwick and only 8 minutes walk from Cov Uni. A safe and secure place to stay whilst studying with many on-site facilities, including laundry, gym, gaming rooms, and entertainment area. Safety wise, there is a concierge with secure door entry and cctv everywhere. All inclusive billing is very helpful when getting used to budgeting in a new place. A small supermarket right outside is also handy.

The staff, facilities, and maintenance of rooms and common areas are Weaver Place’s best features. I love that the staff are very reliable and any issues are resolved quickly. When I arrived, everything in my flat was clean and working perfectly (e.g. kitchen appliances, plumbing fixtures, drawers and cabinets). The accommodation also has lots of common spaces. There’s a huge gaming and social area with table games, board games, and seating areas. There’s also a study area that’s very conducive to learning and silence is well-respected. Their gym is open 24/7 as well, which is great. I just found that the path to my block was a little inconvenient since it was the farthest from the only entrance (Block 1). For reference to any future residents, Block C is the closest to the entrance, followed by Block 2, then Block 1. My view also wasn’t the best (it was a demolition site), but I understand that that’s not in iQ’s control. I would suggest you visit the place or ask around so you can pick the most suitable room for you.

Weaver house is a modern student accommodation, with great security measures in place. It is located a few minutes from the Coventry University area. And the staff were nice. The studio views from the top floors are incredible you can see the best part of Coventry from their.
