Good location being in the city centre so you have easy access to many stores ie Sainsbury’s, Topshop, Starbucks, etc. The staff are really nice especially the security staff. The rooms are pretty spacious, always a plus. And there are some on-site entertainment such as a movie room, pool table, table tennis, etc. The prices for the washing machine and tumble dryer are a bit pricey. And I personally would’ve liked an ethernet port in the rooms.

A good accommodation with a very convenient location. Unfortunately a lot of ongoing construction and noise in general over the past year in the city centre, so depending on where your room is it might be quite loud, so not ideal if you're sensitive to noise. General cons are that it's not the cheapest, and stuff like laundry seems to get more expensive each year despite the rent being fairly high too. And a lack of security on site, as the office isn't open on evenings or weekends, and there can be a few issues like getting locked out and random fire alarms. Pros include the location, you don't have to pay for transport to campus and it's very easy to get what you need from the city centre. Staff are usually helpful, and there's very little disturbance from anyone inside the accommodation. The larger rooms are mostly good for what you need, though some older rooms are a bit cold so you may need an extra heater. Overall a much better experience than your average student housing in Coventry, and I did feel much safer/secure and happier staying here than other places??

Pretty expensive for what you get. If you're privileged enough not to worry about money then it's a good place. Located in the city centre and rooms are rather spacious
