I have been living at The Residence for the past two years, and my stay has been absolutely fantastic. From the start, the staff have made me feel so welcome, especially Lena and Jess, who are incredibly kind and always go the extra mile to accommodate any request. Their support has truly enhanced my experience here. One of the standout perks is the free bus pass for the year, which has been incredibly useful for getting around Coventry and beyond. The location of The Residence is another major advantage—it’s in a prime spot, close to town, and with excellent transport links, making it easy to access everything you need. My room has been nothing short of exceptional. It’s spacious, comfortable, and luxurious, providing a relaxing environment that’s perfect for both studying and unwinding. Considering the quality of the accommodation and the amenities, it’s also excellent value for money. Overall, The Residence has exceeded my expectations in every way. It combines comfort, convenience, and outstanding service, making it, in my opinion, the best student accommodation in Coventry. I highly recommend it to any student looking for a great place to live.

Myself and my Partner have been living at The Residence for just over a month and we are very satisfied with both the property itself and the constant communications received by management staff. Situated only 5 min walk from the City Center, I would highly recommend The Residence to any students or working professionals looking to be nearer to the City.

Staying at Prestige Student Living has been a good experience overall. The location is super convenient, close to uni and everything I need. The room is nice, with plenty of storage, and the common areas are great for studying or just hanging out. The staff have been really helpful whenever I’ve needed something. The only slight downside rent is a bit high, but for the location and what you get, it feels worth it. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for student accommodation!

As a graduate living in this accomdation, having your own space allows you to become independent with your own kitchen in the room. Not to mention the facilities available such as: gym, cinema room, communal indoor/outdoor. The space encourages your own freedom and responsibility, as well as there being a helpful reception. The ambience is quiet if your work status is working from home/hybrid. Everything from grocery shopping, restaurants, sight seeing, parks, nightlife and retail therapy shopping is all in close accessible reach. I would recommend anyone to book a visit and see what the accomdation has to offer, and if so even book a room for your studies, or if your a professional. This place offers dual occupation too!

Nice, spacious rooms and building is in a nice quiet area. The balcony in my room helps me enjoy fresh air without going outside. The friendly, easy-going staff help with bringing up parcels and have kept residents engaged during the pandemic with fun online activities where prizes are won. Highly recommend. I've attached the lovely view from my balcony.
