The staff are fantastic! Really friendly and welcoming! They go above and beyond to help me as a tenant with a disability! This can range from opening doors for me to helping clean my room to carrying my laundry to picking up stuff for me when I’m unable to. The security staff are also great and they make me feel really safe and secure!

I visited the accommodation today and cannot fault the staff, accommodation or shared facilities. Julie made me feel so comfortable and gave me so much advice. First class accommodation for any student.

Choosing iQ Grove was a great decision. I'm so happy with my studio, the location, and most importantly, the incredibly friendly staff. To the ladies at reception: a huge thank you for making this place feel like home!!

This was the first place I lived in the UK and it was the right choice. If you have lived in other UK student accommodation, you will find that the hygiene conditions in IQ are excellent. When I checked in the room that was cleaned very well. The IQ staff are also the friendliest and nicest people I have ever met and I love them. I also got to taste the classic Scottish dish "Rhubarb" made by the staff. Forgive my poor English for not remembering the name of the staff, she was really very nice and made me feel at home. Please choose a room on the 5th floor if you can, where you get the best angle and the best view overlooking Edinburgh. It was only when I lived in another apartment in England for a while that I realized how nice IQ was to live in and how much I missed it.
