Food was excellent and staff were very polite and attentive and would highly recommend visiting here for a lovely meal.

I spent more than one year there without observing anything bad. It is so clean and rooms are bright. Staff are very helpful and friendly and they are available 24/7. Regardless of how cold weather outside, it is warm all the time and it is well secured. Definitely, when I come back to Edinburgh, I will book at this accommodation again. I highly recommend it for students

Great cozy stay in Edinburgh! Confortable beds, an equipped kitchen, lots of storage room with many cupboards and wardrobes, great shower, great facilities, like the gym, the study room, the play room, the TV room, the laundry (paid)... It really overcame my expectations! The 4 people bedroom design of my booking was very well done, small but spacious. Great location, buses in front, but also better options of buses 2 small blocks away leading to main hubs of the city. There's a market in front of it, restaurants and pubs around. Would definitely stay again!

Thanks for an awesome stay in Edinburgh. I had a great time. The appartment was equipped perfectly, everything was clean and comfy. Having a bike came handy and made the way into the centre fast. Staff was very nice and helpful. I can highly recommend a stay here. Thanks a lot!
