The University of Exeter is a 21-minute walk away and Exeter College is 16 minutes away on foot. Ten bus stations are located near the building. Old Exeter and Paris Street (Stop 16) are 3 minutes away on foot. Sidwell Street (Stop 20) is a 4-minute walk away.

You can also enjoy the outdoors, or pack up for a picnic or a walk with your friends at Belle Isle Park or Riverside Valley Park, both only 25 minutes away by bus. You can easily go on grocery runs as well, the local Siansbury’s is only a 3-minute walk away.
