Very helpful staff, good location, modern rooms that are well equipped, clean and safe. Can be noisy at times, and the street can be quite loud but that is unavoidable in such a good location. Would definitely recommend!

Superb location, just a couple minutes from town and not far from the uni. Even during a pandemic, staff put on plenty of events to get involved with. Highly recommend.

Great student accommodation located in the heart of Exeter. It is very easy to access the high street from here. The university is within reasonable walking distance and buses to the university are also available. The rooms are modern and pleasant to live in for those who love their own space.
