Fantastic student apartments. Lovely cosmopolitan area of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff at Queen Street reception, particularly the lady whose daughter has a cute little dog. She will know who I mean! Would love to live there myself but am the parent of a student.

I must say that this place is worth the money you pay. I have seen a few other places in Exeter before deciding on this one as I value the comfort and safety of my stay. Just a few things I really liked about here: 1. Everyone gets their own key card which can only access their own floor. You literally have to open four doors before entering your room. I've experienced people breaking into my place in the middle of the night a few years back, so this extra security at Queen Street Studios is a really big thing for me. 2. The location is perfect. I really liked that I could just walk to all the places within a few minutes, and how good is a co-op right across the street!! Perfect for when you don't wanna walk five minutes to go to M&S, Tesco or Sainsbury's. 3. If you've ever lived in a sharehouse or student halls, I think you would appreciate having your own bathroom and kitchen. I love that I can cook or shower whenever I want to without having to worry about anything. Also, you never have to clean up anyone else's mess. 4. The walls here are quite soundproof as I've never had to deal with loud noises here unlike my previous stays at other accommodations. 5. Who doesn't like a bit of free stuff every now and then? 6. I've troubled the reception quite a few times to get stuff printed out, and they've always been super friendly and helpful! Honestly life-savers sometimes. 7. I love the free pool table on ground floor. 8. I have to save the best for the last: the team! They are honestly superstars that you rarely find at student accommodations. The property manager, Annette, deserves a massive THANKYOU as she's gone above and beyond for students here. She regularly goes beyond her job duties to help us and she's worked tirelessly during my year of stay here. I cannot thank her enough. Everyone else on the team is super friendly and kind as well, including the maintenance guys who've helped us out a few times! If you can afford the price here and want your own space, Queen Street Studios is the perfect choice in Exeter.

I’ve been living in Queen Street Studios for the past three years and I would absolutely recommended the place! Great location, nice and safe! where you’ll find it very convenient to travel to the university or college and enjoy your life nearby the city centre all at once. Not to mention that you also have Co-Op store, the bus stop and nice cafe right across the street along with the central station next to your place! Also, a perfectly room design to accommodate your living. Studio room type with the kitchen area in separate from your bedroom and working desk together with TV and some of the essentials being provided. The last point I would like to make here is the staff, Annette. She is very friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful! So, if any of you’re still looking for an accommodation in Exeter or about to move in, I can reassure that you’ve got nothing to worry about and that you will have a great time living here:)

Well maintained, premium and luxurious. Staff is extremely helpful. Don't expect spacious rooms but you ll definitely get enough wardrobe and storage space, all facilities like 24*7 water, hot water facility, kettle, oven, fridge, television and toaster. Highly recommended for students studying at the University of Exeter. 12-15 mins walk to the campus!

I've been studying in Exeter for almost two years, and I have to say this place is among the best accommodations in town. I had visited many accommodations in Exeter before deciding that QSS is the place where I would stay. The staff were friendly and always cared for the students. The building is nice and clean, and also very safe. Also, the location of this place is very convenient with a co-op store right across the street and very peaceful but well-lit and safe at night.
