Really lovely rooms and brand new kitchens with a massive TV! Great location, right in town and close to the quay. PureGym is a minute walk! Not too far from Exeter uni campus too! Bills included!

My experience staying here has only been positive. The town centre location is super convenient for shops and the river, and the university is well within walking distance. Staff have been quick to address any problems that we've needed help with. Thanks very much!
