Excellent student accommodation. Rooms are larger than you expect and are larger than most on campus. Kitchens are in a decent condition but the living areas could do with sorting out. Our flat had just one small table and uncomfortable sofas, whereas others had several coffee tables and full leather sofas for the same price. The reception team are always on hand to talk and although they do there best in sorting things straight away there can be some big delays in getting essential maintenance done. Location is decent if you want to be between town and campus, (and right next door to a large pub) but you do have a 15-20 walk to the other side of campus. I would also say if you want to be in the thick of the social side of Uni it is probably a lot easier in places like Lafrowda as people seem to keep themselves to themselves or just their flat around here. Lastly it appears prices are quite considerably increasing this year.

Stayed here for a year. The location is good for students and the staff is very helpful. They always help me unlock my room without extra money even I have locked myself out for more than 10times!
